Main principles of the Brow Chakra: Insight and intuition. The point of focus for meditation.
The Brow, or Third-Eye, Chakra is the sixth of the seven major chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye / Brow, and Crown.
Remember that each of these chakras has a front and back! Clear both sides separately and equally for greater results.
The Brow Chakra is the intuition chakra - the chakra through which we maintain our connection to our true selves, and to our spirit guides and higher self. This is the focus chakra during meditation as it helps you move deeper into your self (your mind, your spirit, and your soul).

Many people lose touch with their brow chakras - in a world often so fast-paced with so many responsibilities we lose touch with our own wants and needs while we firefight our way through each day. We forget to stop and take a little bit of time out to reconnect, to gain perspective on what we are doing, why we are doing it, whether it's truly what we want and whether it's good for us.
By learning to tune into your brow chakra you can literally open a door to your soul. It may take some practise but the more you try, the easier you will find it to connect. And suddenly that little voice in your head which *always* knows best will be a lot easier to contact when you need it.
Rediscover your brow chakra to rediscover yourself.
And what better way to do this than through meditation! The brow chakra is the focus point during meditation. Stay grounded and keep your mind looking through your third eye for a more powerful experience.
The Brow Chakra is located between the eyebrows and slightly up a bit. It is your Third Eye.
The primary colour connected with this chakra is Indigo. I have found that crystals from dark blue to violet work well for this chakra. Sometimes turquoise (of varying degrees of blue or green) is required.
The musical note connected with this chakra is 'A'.
